Overview
Capitol Lakes is an upscale high-rise continuing care community in the heart of Madison, Wisconsin, near the University of Wisconsin. Within walking distance of the capitol building and amazing views of Lake Mendota, this property is beautiful from every angle. The residents and staff were professional and friendly.
We were tasked with producing a series of videos that conveyed the community and resident culture. We conducted a series of testimonial interviews with residents over four days, as well as a series of recruitment videos.
We got to know the community, its residents, and the staff extremely well. We were so honored to tell their stories and help the sales and marketing teams with useful content to boost lead generation and overall sales traffic.
