Overview
The Hacienda at the River is a brand new retirement community with a beautiful southwestern style outside of Tucson, AZ. The community has just started moving new residents in when we arrived. Everything was perfectly placed, cleaned, and manicured. Every part of this community was photo-worthy!
As we often do for new construction, we needed to hire models that matched the demographic, age, and look of their target market and capture the imagined lifestyle at the community. We focused on building a full library of photography and video assets for the sales and marketing teams to continue selling with the best tools available.
