Overview
East Village Place is located in the heart of East Longmeadow, Massachusetts, offering a welcoming New England setting with small-town charm and easy access to the surrounding Springfield area.
This community has a warm, residential feel with classic architecture and inviting common spaces that create an immediate sense of comfort. The residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care, along with the dedicated staff, brought a genuine energy to the project that made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable.
We were brought in to create a full library of photography and video assets to support the sales and marketing teams. Our focus included updated real estate photography, video tour content, a library of lifestyle-driven video moments, lifestyle imagery, and resident and staff testimonials — all captured within an efficient three-day production schedule. This gave the team a versatile collection of visual content they can use across digital campaigns, social media, website storytelling, and ongoing recruitment and outreach efforts.
Our approach is always centered on maintaining a small footprint to avoid disrupting daily life within the community — especially in Memory Care. Taking the time to connect with residents and staff is an important part of our process. It’s a privilege to help tell their stories and provide meaningful content that supports lead generation, strengthens marketing efforts, and ultimately helps more families discover East Village Place.
