This community features thoughtfully designed spaces, warm gathering areas, and contemporary architecture that contribute to a comfortable and engaging living environment. The residents across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care, along with the compassionate and dedicated staff, brought genuine energy to the project that made the experience both smooth and rewarding.
We were brought in to create a full library of photography and video assets to support the sales and marketing teams. Our focus included updated real estate photography, video tour content, a library of lifestyle-driven video moments, lifestyle imagery, and resident and staff testimonials — all captured within an efficient three-day production schedule. This gave the team a versatile collection of visual content they can use across digital campaigns, social media, website storytelling, and ongoing recruitment and outreach efforts.
Our approach is always centered on maintaining a small footprint to avoid disrupting daily life within the community — especially in Memory Care. Taking the time to connect with residents and staff is an important part of our process.
