Overview
Sky Bridge at Town center in Upper Marlboro is a brand new community constructed in the suburbs of Washington DC. It’s breathtaking modern exterior and fresh unique interior made our jobs of capturing the property so easy. Any angle was so beautiful! We could have continued to shoot there for days.
Since this was a new community, we needed to hire models that matched the demographic, age, and look of their market. We were tasked with producing a full library of photography and video assets for the sales and marketing teams. We focused on updated real estate photography, video virtual tour content, several lifestyle scenes, and testimonial interviews. All within just three days!
Our goal is to always keep a small footprint as to not disrupt the day to day operations of the community. We got to know the residents, and the staff extremely well. We really loved the honor of telling their stories and helping the sales and marketing teams with useful content to boost lead generation and overall sales traffic.
