Overview
Hacienda at the River is a brand new community constructed in a beautiful southwestern style outside of Tucson, AZ. We came into this property right before they were opening their doors to residents. Everything was perfectly placed, cleaned, and manicured. It was pretty easy to make this property look amazing! Every angle was beautiful!
Since this was a new community, we did not have access to residents for our content. We needed to hire models that matched the demographic, age, and look of their market. We focused on building a full library of photography and video assets for the sales and marketing teams.
Our goal is to always keep a small footprint as to not disrupt the day to day operations, especially in the middle of construction. We got to know the executive and sales staff extremely well. We got to really understand their needs and produce the content that would assist them in their efforts. We really loved the honor of crafty stories and helping boost lead generation and overall sales traffic.
