Overview
The Watermark at Rosewood Gardens is a community with a unique and creative personality. Located in the Livermore, California, this property has a wonderful suburban location with a beautiful rose garden. (It was our favorite location to shoot!) This community boasts so many wonderful residents in Assisted Living and Memory care and helpful staff that made our job extremely easy.
We were tasked with producing a full library of photography and video assets for the sales and marketing teams. We focused on updated real estate photography, video virtual tour content, several lifestyle scenes, and testimonial interviews. All within just three days!
Our goal is to always keep a small footprint as to not disrupt the day to day operations of the community, especially in memory care. We got to know the residents, and the staff extremely well. We really loved the honor of telling their stories and helping the sales and marketing teams with useful content to boost lead generation and overall sales traffic.
