Overview
Just outside of St. Louis, you’ll find the quiet community of St. Peters. We were greeted to a severe thunderstorm upon our arrival that washed out the near by lake causing flood issues at the property. The staff worked several extra hours to clean and fix the property up to shooting status. We couldn’t be more grateful for their dedication to their community and our production.
We were tasked with producing a full library of photography and video assets for the sales and marketing teams. We focused on updated real estate photography, video virtual tour content, several lifestyle scenes, and testimonial interviews. All within just three days!
We got to know the residents, and the staff extremely well. We really loved the honor of telling their stories and helping the sales and marketing teams with useful content to boost lead generation and overall sales traffic.
