Overview
Trinity Terrace is a multi high-rise community right in the heart of Fort Worth. The beauty of this community speaks for itself. Set against the backdrop of the downtown skyline, it really is a beacon of upscale Texas lifestyle for seniors.
We were tasked with producing a series of videos that shed light on the community and resident culture. We conducted a series of testimonial interviews with the residents over four days.
During the years of the pandemic, sales and marketing teams were limited to their typical tools for lead generation and closing sales. Typically, the sales teams would rely on in-person tours, but during this time, visitations were extremely limited. In the best cases, to family members only. Video testimonial content became essential with the sales and marketing process. It offered a platform for their audience to learn directly from the residents themselves.
We got to know the community, its residents, and the staff extremely well. We were so honored to tell their stories and help the sales and marketing teams with useful content to boost lead generation and overall sales traffic.
