Overview
Watermark at Broadway City is an incredible community located on the suburban areas of Fort Worth. It is a beautiful property with incredible villas and a wonderful main living building with multiple social spaces, courtyards, and indoor pool.This community boasts so many wonderful residents in and a helpful staff that made our job extremely easy.
We have been lucky enough to work at this community twice. The property was undergoing a vast remodel over the period of about a year. We completed our a multi phase of production which included a full library of photography and video assets for the sales and marketing teams. We focused on updated real estate photography, video virtual tour content, several lifestyle scenes, and testimonial interviews.
Our goal is to always keep a small footprint as to not disrupt the day to day operations of the community. We got to know the residents, and the staff extremely well. We really loved the honor of telling their stories and helping the sales and marketing teams with useful content to boost lead generation and overall sales traffic.
